BCBA Supervision & Advanced Clinical Training

Dr. Brian Katz, PhD, BCBA provides individualized supervision for BCBA candidates seeking high-quality, competency-based training that goes beyond checklist supervision.

Supervision emphasizes applied clinical decision-making, ethical practice, and advanced skill development, with structured opportunities to implement and analyze the RelateSkills curriculum in real clinical contexts. Candidates receive direct supervision, performance feedback, and consultation on instructional design, treatment planning, data-based decision making, and generalization of complex social skills.

All supervision meets Behavior Analyst Certification Board requirements and emphasizes mastery in teaching advanced social, emotional, and relational skills using:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Relational Frame Theory (RFT)

  • Precision Teaching and fluency-based instruction

  • Instructional design and curriculum development

  • Motivational games and engagement-based learning
